End-to-End Service
From enquiry to goods-in, we look after:
Material selection & purchase – we secure mill-certified stock, saving you admin time and freight costs.
CNC machining – components are produced on our multi-axis lathes and machining centres, with in-process probing for guaranteed accuracy.
Heat treatment & finishing – see below for the specialist processes we apply.
Inspection & documentation – full CMM reports, coating thickness logs and EN 10204 certificates supplied with every shipment.
The result: fully finished parts that drop straight into your assembly line, without you having to juggle multiple sub-suppliers.
Heat Treatment
Precision-controlled hardening, tempering, stress-relief and solution-annealing cycles—carried out in UKAS-accredited vacuum or atmosphere furnaces—to achieve the exact mix of strength, hardness and toughness your drawing calls for. Typical services include:
Vacuum hardening of tool steels (H13, Dievar, D2, etc.)
Solution-annealing and age-hardening of nickel super-alloys
Sub-zero treatments to stabilise high-precision components
Hardness verification and detailed furnace charts with every batch
