Frequently Asked Questions
What is your typical lead-time?
Prototypes and urgent spares can ship in 48–72 hours (material dependent). Standard production runs leave in 2–4 weeks.
Can you work to my quality system?
Yes. We supply FAIRs (AS9102 if required), PPAP, EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certs and customer-specific documentation packs.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. We’re set up for true one-offs as well as ongoing call-offs and schedule orders.
How do you protect my IP?
NDAs are routine; restricted-access servers, controlled print runs and encrypted file storage keep your data secure.
Will I get real-time order updates?
We can provide weekly progress emails, share a live spreadsheet, or integrate with your MRP—whatever fits your workflow.
What happens if a tolerance is missed?
In-process probing flags any drift immediately; corrective actions are taken before the part leaves the machine, and deviations are recorded in the inspection report.
